The health benefits industry is changing on a daily basis, and it seems as if uncertainty is the only certain thing.  At The Phia Group, we have always known that “two minds are better than one” and fifty innovative minds working towards one goal is unbeatable.  Only by addressing the many issues third party administrators, plan sponsors, stop-loss carriers and their allies in the industry face, and by working together to develop solutions, can the health benefits industry truly thrive.  

An Industry United :

In keeping with the roundtable’s theme, “An Industry United”, The Phia Group and our guest speakers invite you, the leaders and most forward thinking minds in the industry, to come together, share your stories and ideas, and work as one industry to overcome the shared problems we all face, such as reform, stop-loss relationships, provider practices, network abuses, cost-containment, and other shared issues.  All attendees will discover efficient and innovative ways to prosper in the ever changing health care environment.  This is an opportunity to think strategically as an industry, and develop new ways to cut costs and protect benefit plans.  

A True Roundtable Event:

This gathering will be unlike any other.  The floor will remain open at all times for comments, questions, and most importantly – the airing of ideas and theories regarding how to best defeat the hurdles we must all overcome, together, in order to secure this industry’s future existence.  The goal of this event is to think strategically, as an industry, and address the problems attendees have been unable to solve on their own.

We are pleased to announce that the Self-Insurance Institute of America, Inc.’s Chief Operating Officer, Michael W. Ferguson, will provide the keynote address. 

Guest speakers such as The Phia Group’s CEO, Adam V. Russo, Esq., and The Phia Group’s Senior Vice President and General Counsel, Ron E. Peck, Esq., will address many topics that affect the entire industry.

Throughout the gathering, Mr. Ernest A. Clevenger, III will moderate the event, and ensure every voice is heard.  Mr. Clevenger is the President of CareHere, LLC, as well as the Publisher of the weekly “MyHealthGuide Newsletter,” valued by the entire self-funded community. Space is Limited!
