Jaime Nolan, CAE, founder and president

Jaime Nolan, CAE, is founder and chief executive officer of IntrinXec Management Inc., a Minneapolis-based association management company providing services to nonprofit associations and foundations.

In addition to serving as CEO of IntrinXec, Jaime serves as the executive director to the Minnesota Precision Manufacturing association and the Health Care Administrators Association (HCAA) as well as an advisor to the Boards of each association-client, providing guidance on association governance, regulations, and current trends. 

During her career in association management, Jaime has worked with a number of associations including: Minnesota Precision Manufacturing Association, Health Care Administrators Association, Preeclampsia Foundation, Minnesota Association of Community Health Centers, Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Women, Financial Women International Inc., CoreNet Global Midwest Chapter, National Association of Professional Band Instrument Repair Technicians, Minnesota Outdoor Heritage Alliance, Minnesota Life College, Minnesota Council for the Social Studies, International Interior Design Association Northland Chapter, the Minneapolis/St. Paul chapter of the International Facility Management Association, the Minneapolis/St. Paul chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute, the Twin Cities Chapter of the Society for Marketing Professional Services and the U.S. Green Building Council Mississippi Headwaters Chapter. 

A recent success in Jaime’s career was the launch of the Preeclampsia Foundation's two largest annual fundraisers. The first annual nationwide walk-a-thon for the Preeclampsia Foundation was held in May 2005 and the inaugural fundraising benefit, "Saving Grace: A Night of Hope," was held in November 2005.  These successful events, under Jaime’s direction, resulted in a net profit of over $100,000 for the Foundation.  Three years later, these events continue to serve as the largest fundraising events for the Foundation, now providing over $300,000 in net proceeds annually.

In June 2005, Jaime earned her Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential through the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE).  Jaime has been named a "Woman on the Way" by the Minnesota Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners, a “Woman to Watch” by the Twin Cities Business Journal, and a “Young & Aspiring Association Professional” by Association Trends publication. 

Jaime serves as a board member for the AMC Institute, and previously served as a board member for the Fellowship of Christian Business & Professional Women.  Jaime is also a member of the Midwest Society of Association Executives (MSAE), the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), and Meeting Professionals International (MPI).    

   
Bryce A. Denton, MBA, chief financial officer
As chief financial officer (CFO), Bryce is responsible for the financial and operations management of IntrinXec, as well as the financial management of its association clients. Bryce has an in-depth knowledge of nonprofits, allowing him to serve as a valuable resource to associations and assisting them with their investments, budgets, financial policies, and overall fiscal responsibility to their members and contributors. Prior to joining IntrinXec, Bryce worked for Coleman, Espstein, Berlin and Company out of Chicago, where he conducted audits for non-profits. Bryce received his MBA from Dominican University in River Forest, IL.
   
Luann Bartley, vice president
Luann serves as IntrinXec’s vice president, serving on the executive management team in supporting the growth and operational decisions affecting the company. In addition, she is the associate director of MPMA and leads the staff team for Producers Council Midwest (PCM). She has 25 years of experience in sales support, management support, marketing, meeting planning, trade show management and group trip planning. She has worked extensively with associations and non-profits as a volunteer, board member, committee chair and committee member and understands what it takes to ensure the board reaches its goals.
   
Sheri B.

Sheri L. Brezinka, executive director, USGBC-MHC
Sheri L. Brezinka serves as the executive director to the Mississippi Headwaters Chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council. In her role as executive director, Sheri’s duties include outreach to Minnesota membership, government, community and private entities; overseeing and developing financial and fund raising strategies; and working with the Board to execute the Chapter’s activities in alignment with its strategic plan.

Prior to Brezinka’s appointment, she served as the USGBC’s Heartland Regional Council for three years and was most recently Chair of the LEED 2009 Regional Credits Task Force. She has been actively involved with the Chapter since it started in 2002, and has served on the board as secretary, vicepresident and president.

Brezinka has 15 years experience in the construction industry. Prior to her new role with IntrinXec, she served as Director of Marketing for Weis Builders, Inc. There, she developed and led the general contractor’s sustainability programs. Brezinka has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

   
Tim Crolley, development director, MPMA
Tim Crolley oversees ad sales for the Precision Manufacturing journal, a bi-monthly trade magazine that is widely read by Minnesota’s manufacturing community. In addition, Tim sells memberships for IntrinXec’s largest client, the Minnesota Precision Manufacturing Association (MPMA). Prior to joining IntrinXec, Tim was responsible for all North American business development at Network Trading Software. Tim also worked for both Hospitality Minnesota and the Greater Minneapolis Chamber of Commerce as a Membership Director, breaking sales records for membership at both organizations.
   
  Melissa DeBilzan, senior communications director
As senior communications director, Melissa oversees external communications efforts, including public relations, publications and website development and maintenance. Prior to joining IntrinXec, she worked for an association management company for three years as a publications manager, senior editor and events coordinator. Melissa graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of St. Thomas in 2001 with a degree in journalism and a minor in computer science.
   
Rachel England Rachel K. England, assistant account executive
Rachel K. England is an assistant account executive supporting the Health Care Administrators Association (HCAA) and the Minnesota Precision Manufacturing Association (MPMA). Rachel graduated from Drake University in 2008 with a degree in public relations and marketing. Prior to joining IntrinXec, Rachel served as an event planner, public relations and marketing intern for Des Moines Menace Semi-Professional Soccer Team and Kum & Go Corporation.
   
Renee Molstad, senior account executive
Renee Molstad, senior account executive, has over eight years of experience in association management with a degree in broadcast media from Brown College. Renee currently serves as the director of operations for the Preeclampsia Foundation, U.S. Green Building Council, Mississippi Headwaters Chapter and the executive manager for the Minneapolis-St. Paul Chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI). Renee's association experience is primarily with professional societies and includes providing effective administration for associations, conducting meeting management services, managing publications, providing membership services, fundraising, coordinating board and committee activities, and coordinating various educational and social events as well as credentialing examinations. Prior to joining IntrinXec, Renee worked with the Society of Corporate Compliance & Ethics, the American Society of Neuroimaging, and the American Society of Neurorehabilitation. Renee is a member of the Minnesota Society of Association Executives and American Society for Association Executives and is working toward becoming a Certified Association Executive (CAE).
   
Sharon Noble, director of member services 
As director of member services, Sharon Noble manages event reservations, updates member contact information and handles other administrative functions. In addition, she supports the account executives who manage the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), Health Care Administrators Association (HCAA), the Minnesota Precision Manufacturing Association (MPMA) and Producers Council Midwest (PCM). Sharon brings more than eight years of association management experience to the company.

Debbie Norton, account executive, is responsible for meeting the board and member needs of CoreNet Global Midwest Chapter (CNG), the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) and the Twin Cities Chapter of the Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS). She oversees the planning and promotion of her clients' special events and coordinates special projects, such as membership directories and monthly meetings. Prior to joining IntrinXec, Debbie was employed for six years at a nonprofit agency as the operations manager where she coordinated meetings and special events, plus the overall space of the building.

   
Sean R. Schuette, director of meetings and events

Sean coordinates the details and processes necessary for successful conferences, annual programs, monthly meetings and other special events for all of IntrinXec’s clients. Sean brings more than nine years of experience in planning trade shows, conferences and events, some with attendance as high as 15,000 people. Sean is committed to ongoing involvement and professional development within the meeting industry. He has been involved with the Minnesota Chapter of Meeting Professionals International since 2001, serving five years on the Education Committee and five years on the planning team for the Chapter's all-day education event, KnowledgeQuest. He is currently serving as the Director of Finance for the 2008-2009 Board of Directors. Sean earned his Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) credential in September 2008 through the Convention Industry Council. In 2006 Sean was named “Planner of the Year” by the Minnesota Chapter of Meetings Professionals International and has been quoted in several local and national level trade publications as an expert in the meetings industry.  Prior to joining the company, Sean was the conference coordinator for Cygnus Expositions. He graduated with a degree in technical theater and a minor in communications from Luther College in 1994 . In addition to serving as director of meetings and events, Sean also serves as the Leadership & Strategic Development director for IntrinXec.  As part of this role, Sean is responsible for leading the ongoing team building and leadership development activities of the entire IntrinXec staff. 

   
Severyn Skoug

Severyn "Sev" Skoug is IntrinXec's full-time in-house graphic designer.  His skilled talents in graphic design bring great value to IntrinXec and our clients, further raising the professional image each of our clients hold with their members.  From newsletters (such as HCAA Reports and MPMA Scratchpad) to the Preeclampsia Foundation’s annual report, Severyn’s creativity allows client communications to stand out. Sev earned his graphic arts degree from Brown College in 2006.  Prior to joining IntrinXec, Sev worked as a graphic designer for Allegra Print & Imaging in Burnsville, Minn.

   
Amy Slettum, communications director

Amy Slettum, communications director
Amy is senior editor of the Precision Manufacturing journal and coordinates clients' newsletters as well. Amy has a marketing background with an emphasis in management, public relations, and events. Prior to joining IntrinXec, Amy was employed with the Greater Twin Cities United Way. She earned her marketing degree in 2001 from Metropolitan State.
