Jaime Nolan, CAE,
is founder and president of IntrinXec Management Inc., a
Minneapolis-based association management company providing services to
nonprofit associations and foundations.
In addition to serving as President of IntrinXec, Jaime serves as the
executive director to the Minnesota Precision Manufacturing association,
as well as an advisor to the Boards of each association-client,
providing guidance on association governance, regulations, and current
trends.
During her career in association management, Jaime has worked with a
number of associations including: Minnesota Precision Manufacturing
Association, Health Care Administrators Association, Preeclampsia
Foundation, Minnesota Association of Community Health Centers, Minnesota
Commercial Real Estate Women, Financial Women International Inc.,
CoreNet Global Midwest Chapter, National Association of Professional
Band Instrument Repair Technicians, Minnesota Outdoor Heritage Alliance,
Minnesota Life College, Minnesota Council for the Social Studies,
International Interior Design Association Northland Chapter, the
Minneapolis/St. Paul chapter of the International Facility Management
Association, the Minneapolis/St. Paul chapter of the Construction
Specifications Institute, the Twin Cities Chapter of the Society for
Marketing Professional Services and the U.S. Green Building Council
Mississippi Headwaters Chapter.
A recent success in Jaime’s career was the launch of the Preeclampsia
Foundation's two largest annual fundraisers. The first annual
nationwide walk-a-thon for the Preeclampsia Foundation was held in May
2005 and the inaugural fundraising benefit, "Saving Grace: A Night of
Hope," was held in November 2005. These successful events, under
Jaime’s direction, resulted in a net profit of over $100,000 for the
Foundation. Three years later, these events continue to serve as the
largest fundraising events for the Foundation, now providing over
$300,000 in net proceeds annually.
In June 2005, Jaime earned her Certified Association Executive (CAE)
credential through the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE).
Jaime has been named a "Woman on the Way" by the Minnesota Chapter of
the National Association of Women Business Owners, a “Woman to Watch” by
the Twin Cities Business Journal, and a “Young & Aspiring Association
Professional” by Association Trends publication.
Jaime serves as a board member for the AMC Institute (f/k/a the
International Association of Association Management Companies (IAAMC)),
and previously served as a board member for the Fellowship of Christian
Business & Professional Women. Jaime is also a member of the Midwest
Society of Association Executives (MSAE) and the National Association of
Women Business Owners (NAWBO).

Bryce A. Denton,
MBA, accounting manager
As accounting manager, Bryce is responsible for the financial
management of IntrinXec
and its association clients. Prior to joining IntrinXec, Bryce
worked for Coleman, Espstein, Berlin and Company out of Chicago,
where he conducted audits for non-profits. Bryce received his
MBA from Dominican University in River Forest, IL. |

Luann Bartley, office manager
Luann
serves as IntrinXec’s office manager. In addition, she is the
associate director of MPMA and leads the staff team for
Producers Council Midwest (PCM) and the Minneapolis-St. Paul
Chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI). She has 22
years of experience in sales support, management support,
marketing, meeting planning, trade show management and group
trip planning. She has worked extensively with associations and
non-profits as a volunteer, board member, committee chair and
committee member and understands what it takes to ensure the
board reaches its goals. |

Tim Crolley, sales manager for MPMA
Tim Crolley oversees ad sales for the Precision
Manufacturing journal, a bi-monthly trade magazine that is
widely read by Minnesota’s manufacturing community. In addition,
Tim sells memberships for IntrinXec’s largest client, the
Minnesota Precision Manufacturing Association (MPMA). Prior to
joining IntrinXec, Tim was responsible for all North American
business development at Network Trading Software. Tim also
worked for both Hospitality Minnesota and the Greater
Minneapolis Chamber of Commerce as a Membership Director,
breaking sales records for membership at both organizations. |

Melissa
DeBilzan, senior communications director
Melissa
manages clients’
websites and publications. Prior to joining IntrinXec, she
worked for an association management company for three years as
a publications manager and events coordinator. Melissa graduated
Magna Cum Laude from the University of St. Thomas in 2001 with a
degree in journalism and a minor in computer science. |

Cathie
Freed, executive assistant
As
the
firm’s executive assistant, Cathie supports all of the senior staff and assists the
associates with their event organizing.
Before her recent move to Minneapolis, Cathie was the
executive assistant to the Chief Cardiologist and Director of
Pulmonary Services at a major Chicago hospital.

Renee Molstad, senior account executive
Renee Molstad serves as
account executive for the U.S. Green Building Council
Mississippi Headwaters Chapter (USGBC) and co-executive director for Minnesota
Commercial Real Estate Women (MNCREW). Her responsibilities
include assisting with planning and promotion of special events
and coordinating special projects, such as membership
directories and monthly meetings. Prior to joining IntrinXec,
Renee was the Operations Manager for the Society of Corporate
Compliance & Ethics. She also worked at an association management company in Plymouth
for two years as an associate executive director for two non-profit
associations. |

Sharon
Noble, director of member services
As director of member services,
Sharon Noble manages event reservations, updates member contact
information and handles other administrative functions. In
addition, she supports the account executives who manage the
Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), Health Care
Administrators Association (HCAA), the Minnesota Precision
Manufacturing Association (MPMA) and Producers Council Midwest (PCM).
Sharon brings more than six years of association management
experience to the company. |

Debbie
Norton, account executive
Debbie
Norton, account executive, is responsible for meeting the board
and member needs of CoreNet Global Midwest Chapter (CNG), the
International Facility Management Association (IFMA) and
Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Women (MNCREW). She oversees
the planning and promotion of her clients’ special events and
coordinates special projects, such as membership directories and
monthly meetings. Prior to joining IntrinXec, Debbie was
employed for six years at a non-profit agency as the operations
manager where she coordinated meetings and special events, plus
the overall space of the building.

Andrew Rustad, graphic designer, layout artist
Andrew brings seven-plus years of design experience to our
clients. From newsletters (such as HCAA Reports and MPMA
Scratchpad) to the Preeclampsia Foundation’s annual report,
Andrew’s creativity allows client communications to stand out.
He received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Minnesota State
University in Mankato, MN in 1999, and has recently been a
designer for Gannett Central Wisconsin Newspapers and Greater
Twin Cities United Way. |

Sean
R. Schuette, director of meetings and events
Sean coordinates the details and processes necessary for
successful conferences, annual programs, monthly meetings and
other special events for all of IntrinXec’s clients. Sean brings
more than eight years of experience in planning trade shows,
conferences and events, some with attendance as high as 15,000
people. Sean is committed to
ongoing involvement and professional development within the
meeting industry. He has been involved with the Minnesota
Chapter of Meeting Professionals International since 2001, currently serving on the
Education Committee and serving in his fifth year on the
planning team for the Chapter's all-day education event, KnowledgeQuest. Sean was named “Planner
of the Year” in 2006 by the Minnesota Chapter of Meetings
Professionals International and has been quoted in several local
and national level trade publications as an expert in the meetings
industry. Prior to joining the
company, Sean was the conference coordinator for Cygnus
Expositions. He graduated with a degree in technical theater and
a minor in communications from
Luther
College in 1994. Currently
Sean is pursuing his Certified Meeting Planner (CMP)
designation.

Amy Slettum,
communications director
Amy is senior
editor of the Precision Manufacturing journal and coordinates
clients' newsletters as well. In addition, she serves as account
executive for the Preeclampsia Foundation. Amy has a marketing
background with an emphasis in management,
public relations, and events. Prior to joining IntrinXec, Amy
was employed with theGreater
Twin Cities United Way.She
earned her Marketing degree in 2001 from Metropolitan State. |
