Our Quality Customer Service policy includes a 24-hour response time to phone calls and email inquiries from members, volunteers, and Board members to ensure that your association is represented professionally and your members’ inquiries are responded to in a timely manner. All work requests from staff and volunteer leaders are responded to within two business days of the request, unless additional time has been provided by the volunteer leader. If for some reason we are unable to respond to a work request within that time frame, it is our policy to stay in constant communication.
